Vader vs. Will Ospreay match set for Aug. 12 Revolution Pro Uprising event

Well, we knew this was coming.

When the Will Ospreay vs. Ricochet match from New Japan Pro Wrestling’s Best of the Super Juniors tournament went viral, garnering mainstream media attention, everyone with functioning fingers was posting their opinion on social media about it. That included Vader, who was one of many vocal critics saying it was an acrobatic display of athleticism that featured no real story.

Ospreay responded to this by using the Vader Bomb and even cutting a promo aimed in Vader’s direction. This all led to the two sniping at each other through Twitter and rumors quickly popped up that the two were working an angle or using the situation to get a match out of the controversy.

Now, Revolution Pro has announced the two will indeed have a match against each other at the Uprising event on Aug. 12, 2016, at York Hall in London, England.

So what’s the story going to be, Cagesiders? Young upstart runs circles around an old dog who never bothered to learn new tricks? Grizzled veteran teaches young pup a valuable lesson about respecting elders? Vader shoots on Ospreay?!?
