We linked to the live Facebook feed video in our spoilers from the first night of tapings in WWE Network’s Cruiserweight Classic (CWC) tournament, but WWE has released a cleaner version of the competitor introductions from the June 23 show at Full Sail Live.
This gives us a better look at the set-up, and a chance to see all 32 wrestlers. The coolest thing is we get to hear the announce team - a couple guys you may have heard of named Daniel Bryan and Mauro Ranallo - talk about the event and give us background (and a taste of kayfabe spin) on the field, without spoiling any of the results.
So that means DB and Mauro talking about Akira Tozawa, Drew Gulak, Zack Sabre, Jr., Kota Ibushi and Cedric Alexander... just to name a few.
It’s a nice bit of 2016 goodness, and should help tide us over until the Bracketology special airs on July 6, and the CWC itself premieres on July 13.
