When we last heard from Neville, he was dressing like a math teacher while taking in the NXT Takeover: The End... event on June 8 in Winter Park, Florida. He also gave an interview indicating it wouldn’t be too long before he would be making his return to WWE.
Now, we have a better idea of when that will be.
That’s if a report from PW Insider is accurate. According to the report, “The Man That Gravity Forgot” is “expected back” within the next month, possibly as soon as the end of June but no later than the middle of July.
It's been three months since Neville injured his leg on a slide during a match with Chris Jericho on Monday Night Raw. He ended up missing WrestleMania 32 but if he returns as noted here, he’ll at least be back in time for the brand split and the debut of SmackDown when it goes live on Tuesday nights on the USA Network.
Happy?
