John Cena is really impressed by Enzo & Big Cass

A lot of folks have been impressed by WWE tag team Enzo Amore & Colin "Big Cass" Cassady.

Fans who watch NXT have been talking them up back when they were mostly just talk. While microphone work - especially for the smaller Amore - will always be their stong suit, the duo spent 2015 improving in the ring. Despite a scary televised injury to Enzo at Payback, they've continued to gain momemtum since being called up to the main roster after WrestleMania.

Inside the business, in addition to the obvious backers backstage, the boys from New York and New Jersey already had the support of Hall of Famer Steve Austin. Now, a future Hall of Famer is shouting them out.

And since John Cena is returning to Raw in a couple of days, this is a legend Zo & Cass might get to work with soon.

The 15-time World champ told IGN he's been impressed with both tag teams brought up from Developmental in his absence, but he had an abudance of good things to say about the Realest Guys:

I’ve got my eye on Big Cass and Enzo Amore. I think they ooze everything that it takes to be a WWE superstar. They have so much energy. Those guys and the Vaudevillains are the guys I’ve been tipping my cap to on the viewership side. I can’t wait to get in the ring and we’ll see what happens.

It's a great sign for those four guys, and probably the tag scene overall, to be specified by a noted company man like Cena in a high-profile interview hyping his comeback.

So, look forward to his having an in-ring segment with Amore & Cassidy where a bunch of people scream that he's "stealing their heat"...
