Editor's note: A highly anticipated showdown occurred in Tokyo earlier this morning, when Ricochet (who many know as Prince Puma from Lucha Underground) faced Will Ospreay in Tokyo during a televised event from New Japan's 23rd annual Best of the Super Juniors tournament.
It's the kind of match folks will be talking about - starting with folks stating that Ricochet & Ospreay gave us an example of where the artform of pro graps is heading, leading to a backlash of those saying it was acrobatics over psychology, all sizzle and no steak.

Ospreay's first time main eventing Korakuen Hall, a duel of the flippy and floppy. In my opinion, even better than the Ospreay/Zack Sabre Jr clash from from EVOLVE 58 a couple months ago -- Ospreay and Ricochet projected real (kayfabe) antipathy for each other, which raised the stakes and intensity of the match considerably.
I'd be shocked if this isn't immediately put into the discussion for match of the year.
