Smarks turn their hats around, vote for AJ Styles

Everybody who comes to Cageside Seats has an opinion about what's going on in pro wrestling - The Smark's Shoot Standings (S3) are where YOU let us know YOURS.

Cast a vote in the comments. Give us the four performers you think entertained or impressed the most in the last week, and feel free to talk about why. And/or vote for your top performer in our poll.

We also have the outcome of last week's voting, the results of which make up our annual competition for Performer of the Year.

Remember, the Standings are for the previous week's nationally televised and internet streaming pro wrestling shows - Ring of Honor's Global Wars pay-per-view (PPV), the May 9 episode of WWE Monday Night Raw, Tuesday's TNA ImpactWednesday's Lucha Underground, WWE NXT and ROH TV,  Thursday's SmackDown, and any other internet streaming wrestling that aired from May 8 - 14, 2016.

Make YOUR mark, smarks!

You don't have to turn your hat around here...

You're always a champ in our book.

  • Well, this is getting ridiculous, but at least the Phenomenal One brought the WWE champ along with him in this vote.
  • Y'all would be fine with "Fight Forever" being a literal thing, but don't mind if a Swiss guy swings into KO & Sami's feud for a little while.
  • Whether or not you want más, you gave Lucha Underground's brutal main event - and the women in it - props.
  • A Bulgarian Brute broke into the U.S. title scene, while a Staten Island seven-footer burst out on the singles scene.
  • The former Derek Bateman crashed the S3 like it was an EVOLVE show.
