AJ Styles is dominating the S3, but is he doing it alone or are Anderson & Gallows helping?

Everybody who comes to Cageside Seats has an opinion about what's going on in pro wrestling - The Smark's Shoot Standings (S3) are where YOU let us know YOURS.

Cast a vote in the comments. Give us the four performers you think entertained or impressed the most in the last week, and feel free to talk about why. And/or vote for your top performer in our poll.

We also have the outcome of last week's voting, the results of which make up our annual competition for Performer of the Year.

Remember, the Standings are for the previous week's nationally televised and internet streaming pro wrestling shows - the April 18 episode of WWE Monday Night Raw, Tuesday's TNA ImpactWednesday's Lucha Underground, WWE NXT and ROH TV,  Thursday's SmackDown and any other internet streaming wrestling that aired from April 17 - 23, 2016.

Make YOUR mark, smarks!

Is the #1 contender telling the truth when he says he has nothing to do with Guns & Gallows' attacks on the Anoaʻi family?

  • A couple of Raw matches impressed voters, with their Monday the 11th showdowns getting the Phenomenal & Likeable Ones, the Prizefighter and the King of Swing your support.
  • Meanwhile, over in New Japan at the outset of the last voting period, a guy who doesn't give a fug won the top prize, while a British new to the promotion was inventing moves while he lost in a title shot.
  • The talking dog is more popular than his tall friend (how you doin?)
  • Raw's odd couple tag team main eventers earned the Eater of Worlds his last Standings points for a while - but hopefully not too long!
  • He's not a man, he's a [insert Dario Cueto eye roll]. But if you need to know what he is, ask Rey Mysterio, Prince Puma, El Dragon Azteca, Jr., Taya or Johnny Mundo.
  • The guy the Swiss Superman earned the right to challenge continued his impressive run as a guy you love to hate - and his wife just missed the cut, too.
