Just after Asuka defeated Bayley to win the women's championship at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center in Dallas, Texas at tonight's (Fri., April 1, 2016) NXT Takeover: Dallas event on the WWE Network, the camera panned to show someone standing front row.

Indeed, the former TNA star, who recently asked for and was granted his release, arrived in town earlier today and the word going around, according to PW Insider, was he spent time at the WWE hotel. That would seem to indicate something was in the works.
That he showed up at this event and was put on TV, showing his name and all, would lend further credence to that.
It's a brave new pro wrestling world in 2016, folks.
