Everybody who comes to Cageside Seats has an opinion about what's going on in pro wrestling - The Smark's Shoot Standings (S3) are where YOU let us know YOURS.
Cast a vote in the comments. Give us the four performers you think entertained or impressed the most in the last week, and feel free to talk about why. And/or vote for your top performer in our poll.
We also have the outcome of last week's voting, the results of which make up our annual competition for Performer of the Year.
Remember, the Standings are for the previous week's nationally televised and internet streaming pro wrestling shows - the April 4 episode of WWE Monday Night Raw, TNA Impact Wrestling from Tuesday, Lucha Underground & NXT and ROH TV from Wednesday April 6, Thursday's WWE SmackDown, and whatever other streaming/televised wrestling you may have caught from April 3 - 9 (not counting WrestleMania).
Make YOUR mark, smarks!
We'd usually have last week's results here, but as those votes ended our fourth season, you can find out how everything wrapped up in our year-end extravaganza here.
That post also asked for predictions on the 2016-17, WrestleMania 32 - WrestleMania 33 season. And :

As a refresher for veterans and a crash course for newcomers, here's the how and why of our little fan vote...
Everything You Ever Wanted To Know About The S3:
Perfomers who play a significant role on a nationally televised wrestling show available in at least 50 million United States homes, or on a televised pay-per-view (PPV) , will get entries in our click-vote poll.
If you want to vote for someone who didn't appear on Raw, Impact or Smackdown, and/or if would like to either recognize more performers or have a greater impact on the Standings, you should log in and vote in the comments.
Voting via the poll and a comment is not only allowed, but encouraged.
In a comment vote, you have four "slots". If you place one performer in each, first place is assigned four points for the week, second three, third two and fourth one. Weekly points are assigned to everyone's comment for ranking.
You can list more than one wrestler per slot, either as a tag team or a tie between unrelated workers. If you use all four slots and have people tied in any of them, those performers will split the points assigned to that slot. For instance:
1. Tanga Roa
2. The Revival
4. Crazzy Steve
results in the Bullet Club member getting four weekly points, Dash & Dawson getting a point and a half each (splitting the three points assigned to a second place vote) while Marty's sister gets two points for third and the TNA tag specialist so insane he needs an extra 'Z' receives one point for fourth.
On the other hand, you can assign more points for a tie by having the tie replace one of your other slots, like so:
1. Tanga Roa
2. The Revival
In this instance, Dash & Dawson would each receive 2.5 weekly Standings points, as they will split the three points for second and the two points for third.
The poll is counted separately. The performer who receives the most votes gets ten points, second most nine, and so on down to the person who receives the tenth highest vote count earning one weekly point.
The annual list is calculated in a similar fashion. Finishing first in the weekly Standings is worth ten annual points, through tenth being worth one. Ties split the points assigned to the rankings between the number of people tied. So if one week, Dalton Castle, Eva Marie and Drew Gulak tie for seventh, nine points (four for seventh, three for eighth and two for ninth) will be split three ways.
Hope that makes sense. If not, ask away in the comments.
Refresh your memory with cSs coverage of each show in their respective section: from Raw, Impact , Lucha Undergound, NXT, Smackdown, and ROH.
Then Vote, and we'll see you next week for the for first results of Season Five!
