Rumors for the Day:
- The word going around on Wade Barrett's decision not to re-sign with WWE is a combination of injury issues and unhappiness with his never advancing beyond Intercontinental title level.
- Pro Wrestling Sheet reports that Michelle Beadle received a call from Vince McMahon personally and that's what led to her reconciling with WWE. Apparently she felt enough time had passed and was open to others viewing things different than her.
- Finn Balor is looking at a main roster call up by the end of 2016, though there is apparently a push to keep him in NXT as the top star of the developmental brand.
- Samoa Joe, meanwhile, is apparently headed for the main roster sooner rather than later. In fact, the post-WrestleMania 32 episode of Raw could see multiple NXT call ups debuting.
- The goal with the Global Cruiserweight Series WWE is holding this summer is to make it an annual big money event.
