One of WWE’s social media accounts Tweeted out news that Total Divas was nominated for a WIN (Women’s Image Network) Award. As you might notice, the line-up featured in the image they used doesn’t feature two current cast members, Trinity “Naomi” Fatu and Paige, but does include Alicia Fox, who hasn’t been a regular for a couple seasons”
Congrats to #TotalDivas on being nominated for #BestRealitySeries! @TheWINAwards @TotalDivas #SDLive pic.twitter.com/UFgIufFsLt

Naomi noticed:
Where's my pic tho https://t.co/gcotMHYQ7k
— Trinity Fatu (@NaomiWWE) December 7, 2016
And when her followers expressed their outrage, Naomi used the opportunity to vent a bit about her overall position in WWE:
ohh hell nah! why'd they do you so dirty https://t.co/KGp7tKF8eV

Only diva with no storyline hmmm? https://t.co/Sx3leuKVfR
— Trinity Fatu (@NaomiWWE) December 7, 2016
She also got some support from another former Total Divas cast member - and someone who’s been critical of the overall booking, even as she’s out with an injury:
I've said it multiple times but I'll say it again, but when I grown up I want to be @NaomiWWE. ❤️ #TeamNaomi
— Summer Rae (@RealSummerWWE) December 7, 2016
And Summer’s Tweet got some support from one of Naomi’s old stable-mates, the Raw Women’s champ:
Me too #TeamNaomi https://t.co/GZIsjLmmGE

While WWE probably doesn’t pay a lot of attention to which stock photos the graphics department uses, this is clearly something they put together (WIN’s website isn’t terribly impressive), so it’s fair to point the finger there. Naomi has been the least utilized member of the SmackDown roster since the draft, with her only storyline coming as a fill-in while Becky Lynch missed a pay-per-view (PPV) due to a medical condition, so her frustration isn’t baseless.
What do you make of this latest social media dust-up, Cagesiders?
