Tickets aren’t officially on sale yet (although you can get in on the pre-sale with the code “BROCK”), but WWE is bring Brock Lesnar out for another house show when the Raw brand returns to Dallas on February 17, 2017.
This is the second non-televised, Friday night event the company has announced for the Beast Incarnate for the period between Royal Rumble and WrestleMania 33. He’s also set to work March 10 in Buffalo, New York.
As we saw in Mexico City last weekend, it’s pretty easy to predict what you’re going to get with a Lesnar house show match, so these probably won’t be key narrative building blocks for what we’re all assuming will be his Mania program with Goldberg. But it’s interesting how at this point in his career, “house show attraction” is one of his primary functions for WWE... right beside “headline Big 4 PPV”.
Does seeing Brock’s name on the bill make you more likely to buy a ticket when WWE comes to town, Cagesiders?
