Brock Lesnar’s doping defense centers on foot cream

Brock Lesnar’s next appearance for WWE is Nov. 14, the last Raw before Survivor Series, where he’ll face Goldberg. We know he doesn’t have to worry about drug testing for those dates, since he falls into the part-timer loophole in WWE’s Wellness Policy.

He did have to be tested for his mixed martial arts fight against Mark Hunt back at UFC 200 in July - and failed several of them. That resulted in a suspension by the Nevada State Athletic Commission (NSAC). Lesnar promised to “get to the bottom” of what caused him to test positive for clomiphene, an anti-estrogen agent often used when athletes are looking to stimulate testosterone production after anabolic steroid cycles. He and his team were supposed to present their case to the Commission on Nov. 10.

But they recently requested a continuation, according to ESPN’s Brett Okamoto, because they need more time to test his foot cream.

Yes, Team Lesnar apparently believes he got popped as a result of his pursuit of well moisturized, blister-free feet.

And... I’m out of jokes about this whole thing.

If granted, Lesnar will probably have his NSAC hearing when they next meet on Dec. 15.
