Another two teams confirmed for the 2016 Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic

Another day, another two teams for the Dusty. WWE have picked a pattern and they’re sticking to it, so why shouldn’t we? As usual, the reminder of the previous twelve teams before we unveil the new arrivals.

  • Andrade “Cien” Almas & Cedric Alexander
  • The Revival (Dash Wilder & Scott Dawson)
  • DIY (Johnny Gargano & Tommaso Ciampa)
  • Perfectly Glorious (Bobby Roode & Tye Dillinger)
  • Riddick Moss & Tino Sabbatelli
  • Hideo Itami & Kota Ibushi
  • The Bollywood Boyz (Gurv & Harv Sihra)
  • TM-61 (Nick Miller & Shane Thorne)
  • Heavy Machinery (Niko Bogojevic & Tucker Knight)
  • The Authors of Pain (Akam & Rezar)
  • No Way Jose & Rich Swann
  • Bin Wang & Ho Ho Lun

Lince Dorado & Mustafa Ali: Great enemies, better tag team partners? That’s the hope here, as two of the flyingest dudes in the Cruiserweight Classic pair up for action in the Dusty. Neither man is exactly a tag team specialist, so that’s a hurdle to overcome, but who can doubt the Golden Lynx and the reigning Freelance Champion?

Austin Aries & MYSTERY PARTNER: Austin Aries is no stranger to success, being the first of only three two-time ROH World Champions, as well as a six-time TNA X Division Champion and a TNA World Heavyweight Champion. So it’s only natural that he entered himself in the Dusty, and indeed, his resume has the tag accomplishments, including tag title reigns with Roderick Strong and Bobby Roode, to make him an automatic contender.

He’s playing his choice of partner close to his vest, folks, but a report from PWInsider has the scoop. So if you don’t want to be spoiled, now’s your chance to back out or zip right down to the comments and leave your two cents.

Last chance, folks, turn around now if you don’t want the spoiler.

PWInsider are reporting what many have speculated, that Roderick Strong will indeed be rejoining his former Generation Next stablemate Austin Aries for the Dusty!

There you have it, folks.

Just two more teams to round this bad boy out. Who you got, Cagesiders?
