Everybody who comes to Cageside Seats has an opinion about what's going on in pro wrestling - The Smark's Shoot Standings (S3) are where YOU let us know YOURS.
Cast a vote in the comments. Give us the four performers you think entertained or impressed the most in the last week, and feel free to talk about why. And/or vote for your top performer in our poll.
We also have the outcome of last week's voting, the results of which make up our annual competition for Performer of the Year.
Remember, the Standings are for the previous week's nationally televised and internet streaming pro wrestling shows - WWE’s Clash of Champions pay-per-view (PPV), the Sept. 26 episode of Monday Night Raw, Tuesday's SmackDown Live, Wednesday's Lucha Underground, WWE NXT, and ROH TV, Thursday's TNA Impact, Ring of Honor’s All-Star Extravaganza VII PPV, and any other internet streaming wrestling that aired from Sept. 25 - Oct. 1, 2016.
Make YOUR mark, smarks!
Normally, I do the bullet points here where I try to be witty and hint at why the previous week's Top 10 attracted your votes.
This week, partially because I'm short on time, but also because of the clean way Week 24's Standings fell out, I'll just comment on the obvious...
Folks are really digging SmackDown right now. And when a wrestler you already adored wins her first WWE title, well...
Raw catches a lot of crap, but there are still individual performances happening on Monday nights that you're digging. Lots of them, actually, as things like JericKO and the cruiserweights actually took the majority of the spots - just not the top ones.
Oh, and one other thing... if you want your vote to really help tag teams, you can't split the fourth spot on your ballot between four people. I think folks know that, but I'm also worried that after seeing the Usos or American Alpha in a bunch of comments last week, voters are gonna be amazed that they're not in the top ten. Read up on how your ballots are tabulated at the link below last week's...

Clash of Champions, Raw, Smackdown, Lucha Underground, NXT, Ring of Honor, Impact... none of it seems to be setting the world on fire right now (or maybe there's just too much for everyone to keep up with?). But for whatever you watched - or that we can help you catch up with via those links - let us know who impressed you the most.
Then come on back next Sunday to see how your votes combined with other fans' to make another edition of our Standings!
