Rumor Roundup (Oct. 11, 2016): Lesnar/Goldberg plans, TNA power struggle, Wyatt Family

Speculating on the rumors surrounding pro wrestling is a favored pastime of many fans, perhaps second only to actually watching the matches. In this daily column, we take a look at the latest rumors being churned out by the pro wrestling rumor mill.

Important reminder: Rumors are just that -- rumors. None of this has been confirmed as legitimate news or fact, it's just circulating around the pro wrestling rumor mill. Remember, take it all with a grain of salt.

Rumors for the Day:

  • Brock Lesnar is not expected to be at Raw with Goldberg next week. The plan is to keep them apart for now, and possibly until Survivor Series.

  • Don’t be surprised if Lesnar is on Raw in two weeks when they’re in Minneapolis, however.

  • According to PWInsider’s sources, there was "obvious tension" between Billy Corgan and Dixie Carter behind the scenes at Bound for Glory and the first few television - until Carter left Orlando.

  • The same report indicates that Corgan officially took 100% control of creative from John Gaburick after Bound for Glory. A team (Dave Lagana, Matt Conway, and Madison Rayne) still reports to him, but he has final say now.

  • Luke Harper was set to head to Raw, but the decision was made to move him to SmackDown when Erick Rowan’s injury was diagnosed.

If you have heard of any interesting rumors that you'd like to add, feel free to post them in the comments section below. Just remember they are rumors and not confirmed as fact, so please take them as such. Have fun with it.
