With last night’s victory in the main event of Ring of Honor (ROH)’s All-Star Extravaganza VIII, the Young Bucks now hold three of the most prestigious non-WWE tag championships in the business.
Defeating the Addiction and Motor City Machine Guns in Ladder War 6 made them the ROH World Tag titleholders. Matt & Nick Jackson were already crowned the best tag team in the prominent West Coast indie Pro Wrestling Guerrilla (PWG), and represent New Japan by holding the IWGP Junior* Heavyweight tag belts. That’s only the second time in history a pair’s held those three titles simultaneously.
The first team to do it?
Also, the Young Bucks.
We're the only team to ever hold the ROH/NJPW/PWG Tag Team Titles simultaneously....and we've done it twice. pic.twitter.com/LaUbweyItp
