Rich Swann WWE signing seemingly confirmed by indy announcement

WWE.com

Everybody's buddy Bill Hanstock reported after Pro Wrestling Guerilla's Battle of Los Angeles weekend that two men who competed there, Rich Swann and Biff Busick, were reportedly headed to the WWE Performance Center as part of a new batch of signees.

There still hasn't been word from Triple H and team confirming deals for either, or any of the names rumored for the new class, but we do know that Swann will not be working dates he'd been booked to appear for the UK's Revolution Pro Wrestling. The promotion released the following statement concerning their September 18 - 19 shows:

Unfortunately due to commitments with WWE Rich Swann has had to pull out of his advertised appearances in two weeks time at Broxbourne Civic Hall & Southampton Guildhall respectively. We wish Rich Swann all the best and thank him for some of the most memorable moments in RevPro over the past few years.

Interestingly, Swann will be replaced at the show by another man who's been the subject of a lot of speculation - and who in fact will be making his WWE television debut next Wednesday night on NXT - Tommaso Ciampa.

While we wonder who will be joining the 24 year old in Developmental, and start guessing his WWE name, here's a full match video of Swann competing with  Ciampa's partner in The Dusty Rhodes Classic courtesy of WWN Live:
