Asuka's debut match and the rest of the finalized card for WWE NXT TakeOver: Respect (October 7, 2015)

WWE Network

Her debut segment last week was widely discussed, mostly for the seconds-long smile & glance she gave at the end of it.

After weeks of internet fans googling Kana matches to find out what the first joshi signed by WWE was all about, however, those seconds were more than enough to get excited for some psychotic violence from the Japanese wrestler now known as Asuka.

You won't have to wait too much longer, as she'll have her first match on next Wednesday's live WWE Network special, NXT TakeOver: Respect. Her opponent will be Dana Brooke, who along with her running buddy Emma, crashed Asuka (pronounced Ash-kah)'s contract signing last week, becoming the targets of the smirk heard round the 'net.

Brooke was given the punishment death sentence honor of facing the WWE newcomer by General Manager William Regal, who relished breaking the news and showing off some footage of Asuka destroying a bag with her signature arsenal of stiff kicks, to the Killer Barbie...

TakeOver: Respect's card is now finalized, and looks like so...

Bayley vs. Sasha Banks in a 30 minute Iron Man match for the NXT Women's championship

The Finals of the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic, featuring the winners of:

Rhyno & Baron Corbin vs. Chad Gable & Jason Jordan
Scott Dawson & Dash Wilder vs. Finn Bálor & Samoa Joe

Tyler Breeze vs. Apollo Crews

Asuka vs. Dana Brooke
