Green Arrow might not be coming to WWE SummerSlam, but Stephen Amell is going to dress like him (video)

Despite his earlier protestations, it looks like Stephen Amell will be bringing the character he plays on The CW's Arrow with him to Brooklyn for his match at WWE SummerSlam.

In his last Facebook video before hopping on a plane to team-up with Neville for a big match against Stardust & King Barrett on Sunday, August 23 in New York's Barclays Center, Amell runs down the items he's taking with him on the trip. After a shout out to the Canadian actor's beloved Toronto Blue Jays baseball club and a plug for Nike socks, Amell reveals a couple of items fans of his show will recognize...

The boots he wears as Oliver Queen's superhero alter ego The Green Arrow, which he hopes will be good for "turnbuckles, and ramps", and the hooded tunic the emerald archer is known for.

"You didn't think I was coming without it, did you?"

Will Stardust finally find a hero on Sunday night? His reaction when Arrow hits the stage might just be worth the price of admission alone.
