The G1 is a long grueling journey for the wrestlers performing, it is also a long grueling journey for fans who reside outside of the Eastern Asian time zones. NJPW has made this journey easier and cheaper with NJPW World. NJPW World allows you to watch when you want to watch but, if you want to watch live to prevent spoilers this is the post for you.
Here are a few tips to help you survive the journey from July 20th til August 16th.
- Stay Hydrated - This is an essential for surviving the daily grind of the G1 viewing. Drink enough water but, avoid drinking too much water without replacing the electrolytes in your body. Avoid the over use of alcohol and energy drinks, these only dehydrates you more.
- Eat Well-Balanced Meals - Eating properly is a must, you have to fuel the engine to survive the G1 grind. Avoiding junk food is a must. Eating carbohydrates like endurance athletes is a good idea. Energy is a must.
- Get Enough Sleep - Sleep is a must. Adjusting your bedtime to get enough sleep is the best idea. Napping is a good idea but, no longer than 45-60 minutes in length.
- Enjoy - Watching wrestling is suppose to be fun.
I posted a preview on this year's G1 Climax, if you missed it here is the link to it.
