Important reminder: Rumors are just that -- rumors. None of this has been confirmed as legitimate news or fact, it's just circulating around the pro wrestling rumor mill. Remember, take it all with a grain of salt.
Rumors for the Day:
- The word going around now is that Dolph Ziggler won't be on TV for the next few weeks selling his injury, though he is expected to work the SummerSlam pay-per-view.
- The reason the NXT women were called up on Raw ahead of schedule was because of the US Women's soccer team winning the World Cup and all the press surrounding it, according to PW Insider. For that matter, WWE executives were apparently very happy with how the segment played out.
- Bayley was talked about for the spot that was given to Becky Lynch on Raw last night but it looks like she's likely going to win the NXT women's title, possibly at Takeover: Brooklyn.
- The storyline injury with Kane will be that Brock Lesnar broke his leg, according to PW Insider. That means he'll obviously be missing some time.
- Medio Tiempo columnist Toque Filtrado was tweeting that Alberto El Patron is not missing as has been rumored but rather at his home in Texas.
