Video: WWE pays tribute to Dusty Rhodes at Money in the Bank

At the start of tonight's Money in the Bank pay-per-view (PPV) from the Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio, WWE paid tribute to Dusty Rhodes, who died just days ago at the age of 69, with a 10 bell salute before playing his theme song.
