In case you weren't sure that WWE was putting over NXT Champion Kevin Owens in a HUGE, historic way tonight (May 31, 2015) at the live Elimination Chamber Network special, they also gave him a microphone after he pinned John Cena clean in the middle of the ring following a Pop-Up Powerbomb.
And after parroting back Cena's "veteran advice" comment, he basically told the Face That Runs The Place to retire:
Not sure where Cena goes from here. He's fine, but in an interesting place, storywise.
For Owens, his time certainly does seem to be...NOW.
