Hell freezes over in the Smark's Shoot Standings!

Everybody who comes to Cageside Seats has an opinion about what's going on in pro wrestling - The Smark's Shoot Standings (S3) are where YOU let us know YOURS.

Cast a vote in the comments. Give us the four performers you think entertained or impressed the most in the last week, and feel free to talk about why. And/or vote for your top performer in our poll.

We also have the outcome of last week's voting, the results of which make up our annual competition for Performer of the Year.

Remember, the Standings are for the previous week's nationally televised and internet streaming pro wrestling shows -  WWE's Extreme Rules pay-per-view (PPV), the April 27th episode of WWE Monday Night Raw, Lucha Underground & WWE NXT from Wednesday the 29th, Thursday's free web release of ROH TV and WWE SmackDown on SyFy, the TNA Impact Wrestling that aired on Friday, May 1st and whatever other internet streaming wrestling that aired from the 26th - 2nd.

Make YOUR mark, smarks!

Wishing an early happy Hanukkah to the coolest corporate demon grandpa in wrestling history...

  • Some well-placed jokes and a prominent role on television deliver THE CORPORATE DEMON a pretty shocking victory from Smarks. Dang IWC hivemind...
  • Hitting your finisher in catering, and everywhere else you can on a Monday night, is a good way to endear yourself to us.
  • All three members of LU's newest championship squad placed, with a high flying South African leading the way for his GIF-worthy spot.
  • On the subject of trios, the new #1 contender to the NXT women's title made a run for the top with her savvy win in a Triple Threat on Wednesday night.
  • It's good to be the champ. Even the United States champ, who is here, and challenging people openly.
  • The Man That Gravity Forgot may be the best booked NXT call-up since the trio that produced the current WWE titleholder.

The S3: 2015-16, Week 4

1. Kane
2. Randy Orton

3. Angélico
4. Becky Lynch
5. Seth Rollins

6. Neville

It was an insanely close week of voting. If you want to see how close, or have just always wondered how I score your votes, click HERE.

Points in our weekly Standings determine our annual list - full details on rules and scoring HERE.

It's a two man race thus far, with Traitorface getting more consistent week-to-week support while The Jumpin' Geordie has soared higher, but also dipped lower.
