WWE.com

Speculating on the rumors surrounding pro wrestling is a favored pastime of many fans, perhaps second only to actually watching the matches. In this daily column, we take a look at the latest rumors being churned out by the pro wrestling rumor mill.

Important reminder: Rumors are just that -- rumors. None of this has been confirmed as legitimate news or fact, it's just circulating around the pro wrestling rumor mill. Remember, take it all with a grain of salt.

Rumors for the Day:

  • If Rusev is unable to work Elimination Chamber, Bray Wyatt is apparently being discussed as a possible replacement in the Intercontinental title Chamber match.
  • According to the Obsever, there is talk within WWE of promoting a women's match as the main event of an NXT special.
  • Regarding Samoa Joe and his deal with WWE now that Ring of Honor is on Destination America, the early belief is that nothing will change, at least as it pertains to his deal. There is some speculation that WWE will attempt to make him exclusive but that's speculation right now.
  • According to the Observer, the deal with Joe is a test case for WWE and they could end up giving out similar deals to other wrestlers for work in NXT.
  • Morale within TNA is apparently as low as it has ever been and many wrestlers are plotting their exit from the company as quickly as possible.

If you have heard of any interesting rumors that you'd like to add, feel free to post them in the comments section below. Just remember they are rumors and not confirmed as fact, so please take them as such. Have fun with it.
