Kevin Owens just lost his favorite punching bag.
After the airing of this past Wednesday night's episode of NXT on the WWE Network, WWE reported that Alex Riley had suffered a back injury due to an apron powerbomb from the NXT heavyweight champion. That was kayfabe. The reality is Ragin' Riley will need surgery to repair faulty knees.
Naturally, he broke the news on Twitter in the most Alex Riley way possible:
