- The plan, as it stands now, is still for Seth Rollins to be WWE world heavyweight champion going into SummerSlam. That said, sagging ratings during his time as champ have not helped his perception as a top star.
- While PW Insider initially reported that Daniel Bryan was scheduled for Payback and TV tapings next weekend, it looks now like he has been removed from all events and he won't return until he's healthy or he needs to promote his upcoming book.
- Big Show is apparently set to return to TV starting next week.
- There's a rumor floating around wreddit that Samoa Joe has signed a two-year deal with WWE and he will make an appearance at the NXT Takeover: Unstoppable event.
- Speaking of NXT, morale within the promotion is incredibly high and WWE executives are not only really happy with the Philadelphia house show run but are really starting to get behind the idea of it becoming a big brand to compete with WWE.
