WWE.com

Speculating on the rumors surrounding pro wrestling is a favored pastime of many fans, perhaps second only to actually watching the matches. In this daily column, we take a look at the latest rumors being churned out by the pro wrestling rumor mill.

Important reminder: Rumors are just that -- rumors. None of this has been confirmed as legitimate news or fact, it's just circulating around the pro wrestling rumor mill. Remember, take it all with a grain of salt.

Rumors for the Day:

  • According to the Observer Newsletter, WWE was thrown off by Dana White saying Ronda Rousey is "one and done" with pro wrestling because the belief has been that Rousey vs. Stephanie McMahon is set for WrestleMania 32, with promotional videos already done and apparently a plan for Stephanie to make mention of it on Chris Jericho's podcast tonight. That said, WWE still believes they can make the match happen.
  • The voting for the WWE App in regards to the Payback triple threat main event was legitimate. Kevin Eck, a former creative employee at WWE, every vote is legitimate but there is a process. Read on that here.
  • The Curb Stomp banning was due to advice from the WWE legal team, according to the Observer.
  • The folks at WrestlingDVDNews.com have reported that WWE is looking to release another Sting DVD, this one with a feature documentary on his career in professional wrestling. Apparently it could come out before the year is over.
  • Apparently some New Japan wrestlers are interested in going to WWE when their contracts come up but it's unclear exactly who they are.

If you have heard of any interesting rumors that you'd like to add, feel free to post them in the comments section below. Just remember they are rumors and not confirmed as fact, so please take them as such. Have fun with it.
