As things go along, it seems like the only things the rumor about NXT in Philadelphia got wrong was the venue. WWE today announced that their will be a second Philly date after all:

That does position them to be running on the same day as Ring of Honor and New Japan's internet pay-per-view (iPPV) broadcast of Global Wars, but in a location that's even farther away from that show in Toronto.
