The Divas got their chance to shine on the main stage at tonight's WrestleMania 31 pay-per-view at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California in the form of a tag team match pitting the Bella twins, Nikki and Brie, against the team of AJ Lee and Paige.
They were also given some time to get their stuff in.
They were sure to play on the theme we've seen from both teams for the weeks leading up to it, namely the fact that there has always been a distraction leading to a surprise pinfall finish. This time around, the Bellas failed to capitalize on as much and after Paige threw Brie into the steps, AJ locked in the Black Widow and got the tap on Nikki.
The match was a bit sloppy but it did what WWE undoubtedly hoped it would.
