In a recent interview with "Kyle Edwards," the artist formerly known as Arda Ocal, Zack Ryder is once again talking about kickstarting his WWE career. This time, he's thinking he can do so with a victory in the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal at WrestleMania 31 on Sun., Mar. 29, 2015, at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California.
"Rumor has it I'll be in that Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal and if I'm in, I'm kind of the battle royal king, I've won a bunch in my career, so hopefully I'll win this one, get the big trophy, and kickstart my career once again."
Wouldn't it be something if WWE actually went through with this? Sure, they could go with the rumored idea of Sheamus returning and making a big splash by winning the trophy, but wouldn't it be more meaningful to give it to someone who it would actually mean something for? And then not put him in a program with John Cena and Kane where he loses his girlfriend (who was never really his girlfriend) and gets squashed by Kane?
Hey, a guy can dream. Ryder can tell you that.
