WWE NXT results, live open thread for November 4, 2015: Apollo Crews vs. Finn Bálor

Here's a place to check results and comment along with the latest airing of WWE NXT in its regular Wednesday night at 8PM Eastern time slot on WWE Network.

• Asuka defeats Cameron (making her NXT debut) via submission with the Asuka Lock

• Dash & Dawson interrupt a Carmella interview to mock the injured Enzo & Cass and put the whole roster on notice. They ask Tom Phillips to give the Vaudevillains a personalized wheelchair. "They'll need it."

• "Earlier today," Jason Jordan and Chad Gable talk about how they earned respect last week, but they're focusing on continuing to become the best tag team in the world. Jordan comes up with the idea to challenge arguably the greatest team in NXT history, the Ascension

• Bull Dempsey defeated Angelo Dawkins with the top rope butt-splash. Sawyer Fulton was at ringside barking orders to Dawkins throughout the match. The announcers said Fulton had told Dawkins to win "or else"

• Backstage, Tom Phillips actually presents the wheelchair to the Vaudevillains! This, as you may imagine, only angers the NXT Tag Team Champions

• In the locker room, Apollo Crews is mentally preparing for his title shot

• Tom Phillips interviews Bayley backstage and she reveals her partners: The Hype Bros! It sounds like that six-person match will happen next week

• Eva Marie defeats Marley via pinfall after a kick

• Tom Phillips asks Dana Brooke and Emma if they're scared of Asuka. They deny it and Brooke says she can't wait to get back in the ring with Asuka. Emma says Dana will have to wait her turn

• Finn Bálor retains the NXT Championship via DQ finish when Baron Corbin slides into the ring to attack Apollo Crews. Corbin continues to assault Crews after the match, then beats down Bálor in the ring until Samoa Joe makes the save

• After Joe runs off Corbin, he turns on Bálor, beating him pillar to post, yelling "I DID THIS TO YOU" and then hitting the Muscle Buster. He lays the NXT title on Bálor's chest before leaving
