Speculating on the rumors surrounding pro wrestling is a favored pastime of many fans, perhaps second only to actually watching the matches. In this daily column, we take a look at the latest rumors being churned out by the pro wrestling rumor mill.

Important reminder: Rumors are just that -- rumors. None of this has been confirmed as legitimate news or fact, it's just circulating around the pro wrestling rumor mill. Remember, take it all with a grain of salt.

Rumors for the Day:

  • Apparently there's been some talk of Sheamus failing to win the WWE world heavyweight title when he cashes in the Money in the Bank briefcase, which could come sooner rather than later.
  • There has been talk of doing Eric Bischoff and, believe it or not, Ronda Rousey as podcast guests for Steve Austin's Network show after Raw.
  • Speaking of Rousey, apparently it's still at least a possibility that she could do something at WrestleMania 32 next year.
  • Dolph Ziggler and Ryback are apparently considered second level babyface stars once Roman Reigns, Dean Ambrose, and Kane are pushed at the top while John Cena and Randy Orton are out, according to the Observer.
  • Big Cass is expected to be out for the rest of the year with his leg injury.

If you have heard of any interesting rumors that you'd like to add, feel free to post them in the comments section below. Just remember they are rumors and not confirmed as fact, so please take them as such. Have fun with it.
