Rumor Roundup (Oct. 2, 2015): Steve Austin-Brock Lesnar podcast, Daniel Bryan return, SummerSlam plans, more!

Mark J. Rebilas-USA TODAY Sports

Speculating on the rumors surrounding pro wrestling is a favored pastime of many fans, perhaps second only to actually watching the matches. In this daily column, we take a look at the latest rumors being churned out by the pro wrestling rumor mill.

Important reminder: Rumors are just that -- rumors. None of this has been confirmed as legitimate news or fact, it's just circulating around the pro wrestling rumor mill. Remember, take it all with a grain of salt.

Rumors for the Day:

  • Steve Austin and Brock Lesnar could shoot an angle on the podcast on Oct. 19 after Raw that night but it wouldn't mean a match is happening at WrestleMania 32 next year.
  • Daniel Bryan is currently being advertised for the European tour on WWE.com, and it could be due to Cena taking the tour off.
  • With SummerSlam doing so well packaged with NXT in Brooklyn this year, the company is now looking at treating it as big as WrestleMania in the future, which is why they decided to return to Brooklyn for the next couple years and announced NXT shows along with it.
  • Dean Ambrose & Randy Orton vs. Luke Harper & Braun Strowman is apparently on the table for Hell in a Cell.
  • Sasha Banks looks to be getting groomed for the next Divas title program with Charlotte.

If you have heard of any interesting rumors that you'd like to add, feel free to post them in the comments section below. Just remember they are rumors and not confirmed as fact, so please take them as such. Have fun with it.
