Every year, WWE holds its annual Royal Rumble pay-per-view (PPV) event in January. And every year, the 30-man, over-the-top-rope battle royal is chock full of thrills and spills.
And comedy.
The 2002 Royal Rumble was no exception, and featured some of the biggest names carried over from the Attitude Era. That includes "Stone Cold" Steve Austin, as well as Triple H, who were all set to slug it out for a chance to pave the road to WrestleMania.
They just had to survive a "Hurricane" to get there (skip to 0:48):

Triple H -- who entered the fray at No. 22 -- would eventually win the tournament after eliminating Kurt Angle, who did the "I think I won so I'll celebrate" spot before getting crossed and tossed by "The Game." Aitch went on to capture the title at WrestleMania X8, but not before we got that putrid storyline about Stephanie McMahon's fake pregnancy test.
