Rumors for the Day:
- There are expected to be no less than five surprise entrants in the Royal Rumble match this year with Randy Orton, Sheamus, Rob Van Dam, Diamond Dallas Page names that have been rumored.
- WWE is planning on doing another free month for the WWE Network in February, according to the Observer.
- PW Insider is reporting that Goldust will be wrapping up his in-ring career soon and will resume his role as an agent at that time. It's likely to happen sometime after WrestleMania 31. Stardust, however, is expected to remain and Cody Rhodes will work as that character as a singles star moving forward.
- Apparently Layla is out injured and underwent surgery at some point this week, according to PW Insider.
- Velvet Sky was fired by TNA on television last night in the "Feast or Fired" gimmick but she may be done with the company in reality as well.
