Dean Ambrose cleared by WWE Psychiatrist, will enter Royal Rumble

As punishment for teaming with Roman Reigns for a match against Seth Rollins and Big Show last Friday on Smackdown, Dean Ambrose was forced to work with an expert in "abnormal psychology" tonight on Raw.  The trick was, The Lunatic Fringe had to prove his sanity in order to earn a spot in the 2015 Royal Rumble match.

After a couple of hours, a gag that involved yelling Hacksaw Jim Duggan's catchphrase in reference to Stephanie McMahon (think about it, I'm not gonna explain it) and some turning of the tables, Ambrose had the doctor on the couch, and in tears.  The distraught therapist signed Dean's clearance papers.  And then our hero called him names and shamed him for peeing like a girl.

It was passable because the former Shield member is an entertaining son of a gun, but even then it was a waste of his considerable charms.  Regardless of whether you agree with that unlicensed psychological assessment of the skits, Dean Ambrose will compete with 29 other member in an over-the-top rope battle royal to determine the #1 contender for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania on January 25th in Philadelphia.
