In this episode...they start with the WrestleCrap-esque Growing Up Bella feud, the heel turn of Gold and Stardust, and more as we kick off with (last week's) Raw. Then, the things TNA is doing right, even if they're not that numerous, and the really excellent Jay Lethal-ACH match on Ring of Honor TV, although Mike refuses to apologize. They also cover the plans for the WWE tag division going forward, including whether The Acension and the Realest Guys in the Room should come up as heels or faces.
After a break, it's early John Cena vs. Brock Lesnar, a Raw worthy six-man tag, Goldberg's WWE debut, Teddy Long's shoe, and a picture of Kurt Angle with gold medals stapled to it. Clearly important, important stuff as it's Backlash 2003!
Mike & Rex name their MVPs and LVPs and then reveal what they're watching for next week, Bash at the Beach 2000. Yeah, it's that one.
