Rumors for the Day:

• The reason Seth Rollins' music was played after the big angle on Raw last night in the main event is because it's expected they will transition to a feud between Rollins and Roman Reigns. This lends credence to the idea that Brock Lesnar will retain the WWE world heavyweight championship at Night of Champions.

• Jerry Springer is not injured despite the stretcher job on Monday Night Raw and storyline update from WWE that he twisted an ankle.

• There's renewed talk of WWE being really high on Renee Young, this time with the added rumor that Stephanie McMahon is her biggest supporter and is pushing for her to anchor the Raw broadcast booth sometime in the future, possibly sooner rather than later.

• Apparently Lillian Garcia and Tony Chimel were on the chopping block for a while there but they ultimately managed to avoid being cut.

• It's been said that if Bobby Lashley failed to win his fight at Bellator 123 (he earned a stoppage victory), he almost certainly would have immediately lost the TNA heavyweight championship
