Rumor Roundup (Sept. 13, 2014): John Cena booking, Bella feud, Tyler Breeze, more!

Speculating on the rumors surrounding pro wrestling is a favored pastime of many fans, perhaps second only to actually watching the matches. In this daily column, we take a look at the latest rumors being churned out by the pro wrestling rumor mill.

Rumors for the Day:

• It's still being said that while others backstage have cautioned against it, Vince McMahon still feels John Cena needs to be booked strong going into his match with Brock Lesnar at Night of Champions. There will be a confrontation on Raw next week and don't be surprised if Cena comes out of it looking great.

• Regarding the Nikki and Brie Bella feud, WWE is holding off on paying off the singles match for as long as possible to maximize the impact they can have both on WWE TV and on Total Divas.

• Apparently there's been talk of pairing Tyler Breeze with The Miz when he's called up to the main roster and giving Miz a legitimate stable that would be called his entourage.

• Ric Flair is being advertised for an upcoming SmackDown taping next week in Biloxi. It's unclear if he will appear on television however and it's said that WWE still wants to use him but creative hasn't come up with anything concrete for him.

• This isn't so much a rumor as a rumor killer but Sheamus has come out and openly acknowledged that the Star Wars rumors are complete fabrications and he won't be featured in the upcoming movies.
