WWE NXT results, live open thread for July 24, 2014: Women's (yes, WOMEN'S) title match

Here's a place to check results and comment along with the latest airing of WWE NXT in its regular Thursday night at 9PM Eastern time slot on WWE Network. We'll have our regular reactions post later, but we'll post match results here. More importantly, this gives you Cagesiders a dedicated place to rave and/or bitch about whatever goes down on the show dedicated to WWE's Florida-based developmental program - as it airs!

Last week, Enzo & Big Cass were stymied by those Pepé Le Pews, Slyvester Lefort & Marcus Louis, whose distraction cost them their match against The Vaudevillains.  Simon Gotch and Aiden English were aiming for tag champs The Ascension, but landed instead on Kalisto following a backstage exchange.  CJ Parker cheated to pin Xavier Woods, who showed some fire, but not nearly as much as on the main WWE shows this week.  Adam Rose acts like his character from Raw, but gets a much more enthusiastic crowd reaction from Full Sail Live, as he did last week when he visited NXT and defeated a solo Jason Jordan.  Alexa Bliss' streak of plucky wins came to an abrupt end when she tapped to The Boss, Sasha Banks.  Sami Zayn got a bit of revenge and back into the win column when he submitted Tyson Kidd with a Koji Clutch.

This week...the disintegration of the Beautiful Fierce Females is complete, and Summer Rae calls in the championship match she earned by beating Bayley to face Charlotte tonight.  Will Sasha be able to stay above the fray and not pick a former BFF with whom to side?  Kalisto will bring a mystery partner to his match against The Vaudevillains - perhaps the winner can finally face Konnor and Viktor?  Amore & Cassady have unfinished business with Les Legionnaires, and it doesn't involve sweet, oversized pastries.  Has Tyler Breeze's lawyer finished drawing up the papers for the #MMMGorgeous one to have his title shot against Adrian Neville?
