WWE NXT results, live open thread for June 12, 2014: Once more, with feeling

Here's a place to check results and comment along with the latest airing of WWE NXT in its regular Thursday night at 9PM Eastern time slot on WWE Network. We'll have our regular reactions post later, but we'll post match results here. More importantly, this gives you Cagesiders a dedicated place to rave and/or bitch about whatever goes down on the show dedicated to WWE's Florida-based developmental program - as it airs!

Last week, a lot of filler as the scene started to re-shape coming out of the live Takeover event...new Women's champ Charlotte was back in full heel mode with BFF Sasha Banks.  She defeated the adorable Bayley, but was none too pleased that original BFF Summer Rae returned to take some (all?) of her spotlight.  Jason Jordan & Tye Dillinger's slow tag team push resumed with a win over a pair of enhancement talent, and new #1 contender Tyler Breeze is as talented as he is #MMMGorgeous.  Finally, the presentation of Tyson Kidd continues to feel like a heel turn, while his actions say otherwise.  After NXT champ Adrian Neville defeated Justin Gabriel, Kidd apologized for his poor sportsmanship on the live show, and asked for a rematch.

This week...Kidd will get his rematch!  The Workhorse and the Jumpin' Geordie will do it again for the biggest prize in developmental, seemingly as babyface vs. babyface.  Hopefully we'll see the most over man on NXT (regardless of his rarely winning matches anymore), Sami Zayn.  Tag champs The Ascension might squash somebody, and perhaps we'll get some advancement of the CJ Parker protesting Full Sail story.  And I don't know about you all, but some returns or debuts would be the opposite of S-A-W-F-T.
