WWE Payback 2014 results: Paige retains Divas title; Alicia Fox doesn't freak out after

Although it was placed in a cool down spot at tonight's (Sun., June 1, 2014) WWE Payback pay-per-view (PPV) at the Allstate Arena in Chicago, Illinois, the highly anticipated Paige vs. Alicia Fox Divas championship match went forward with great hype nonetheless.

Okay, maybe only in communities like this one.

Alicia worked her "crazy and inching closer to the ledge" gimmick early on by crying and screaming about Paige "trying to ruin my face" after a hard punch. The girls got brutal with a few hard bumps on the outside and in the ring, with the finish seeing Paige drag Fox from the top rope for a flat back bump.

That led into the Scorpion Cross Lock, which got the tap.

After the match, Fox acted like a ticking time bomb, demanding silence from the crowd. They taunted her briefly but quieted down quickly. Instead of a typical meltdown, Alicia just awkwardly ran to the back.
