For many fans, reading about rumors -- and trawling the sites that traffic in them -- has become as popular as watching the matches themselves. In this daily column, we take a look at the biggest rumors and weirdest stories being churned out by those pro wrestling "news" sites.

Rumors of the Day:
- Because the internet is the worst, it appears that yesterday's rumors regarding Payback's go-home Raw being Batista's final appearance on the show are totally incorrect and next week's show will actually be his last appearance before he goes on his press tour for Guardians of the Galaxy.
- There's much hullabaloo over an interview Dean Ambrose gave to WWE Magazine where he called Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins his "former partners." This is either an editorial error or the single dumbest leak in the history of mankind. Time will tell which one.
- There looks to be a new Macho Man DVD coming out that will include an documentary on him. The last one instead featured Maria and Matt Striker awkwardly explaining storylines between his matches.
- The WWE Creative writer formerly known "Big Dick Johnson", real name Chris DeJoseph, appears to be working for AAA now.
- According to Triple H's NXT press conference, Tough Enough's production details are actively be discussed, with the possibility that it will be filmed at the Performance Center.
- Matt Hardy is teasing a match on Twitter that's being referred to -- by him -- as a tag team dream match. Considering the Hardy Boyz worked with the Briscoes recently, the rumor sites are speculating it might be another match with his brother.
