WWE Payback 2014: Paige vs. Alicia Fox Divas championship match booked

Though it's clearly been the direction over the past couple weeks it didn't go official until tonight (May 26, 2014): Paige will defend her Divas championship against Alicia Fox this coming Sunday night at the Payback pay-per-view (PPV) scheduled for the Allstate Arena in Chicago, Illinois.

The news was broken on the pre-show on the WWE Network before tonight's episode of Monday Night Raw in Knoxville, Tennessee (follow the live blog here).

Fox debuted a new character throughout her feud with Paige. She snapped after losing a match, then went insane on everyone under the sun, then went just crazy enough to pin Paige clean in a bizarrely booked affair that made this pairing obvious for the PPV this weekend.

So here we are.
