Sheamus has been in the news these past few days for getting beat up (allegedly) by a smaller guy.
History has a funny way of repeating itself.
"The Celtic Warrior" was embroiled in a feud with Santino Marella back in 2010, after the promotion's resident funny man scored an upset pinfall over him on the Oct. 25, 2010 edition of Monday Night Raw. That made Santino a marked man, so he did his best to smooth things over.
How about a tea party?
That might sound strange in the good old U.S. of A., but WWE was in Manchester, England, for the Nov. 8 edition of RAW and the idea was to have Marella -- along with stand-in henchman Vladimir Kozlov -- attempt a peace offering with some tea and crumpets.
But they had trouble moving past the events of Oct. 25.
Particularly Kozlov, who was so bad here, he was good (duck face and all). He even got the live crowd to erupt in a chant. While the UK crowds pop for anyone and anything, this still had to feel good for the Russian brute, who is no stranger to Slapstick Saturdays.
And what comedic angle would be complete without a gratuitous nut shot?
