Here's a place to check results and comment along with the latest airing of WWE NXT in its regular Thursday night at 9PM Eastern time slot on WWE Network. We'll have our regular reactions post later, but we'll post match results here. More importantly, this gives you Cagesiders a dedicated place to rave and/or bitch about whatever goes down on one of the best shows WWE produces - as it airs!
Last week, Paige was stripped of her NXT Womens championship due to her holding the WWE Divas title. General Manager John Bradshaw Layfield announced that there will be a tournament to crown her successor, but didn't let us know who would be in the field. Charlotte will probably be the favorite, by virtue of her pinning The Anti-Diva in the Beautiful Fierce Females victory over her and Emma. Alexander Rusev squashed a jobber, and Tyson Kidd announced his intentions to rebuild his reputation on NXT. In the main event, The Usos visited developmental, and helped Sami Zayn get a win over his rival Corey Graves and make a statement over NXT tag champs The Ascension.
This week...they haven't told us too much, and I don't read spoilers (although that darn Mrosko put a Takedown card in his weekend rumors). Hopefully we'll get a Womens title bracket. They have been building toward a showdown between Adam Rose and Camacho. And the commercial that has been airing on WWE Network this week teases an update on what's next for NXT Champ Adrian Neville.
