Undertaker lost at WrestleMania 30 and now WWE confirms he suffered a concussion

From bad to worse.

WWE.com

There have been plenty of rumors floating around regarding Undertaker losing to Brock Lesnar at last night's (Sun., April 6, 2014) WrestleMania 30 pay-per-view (PPV) at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana. Chief among them was a hot and heavy report that he suffered a concussion and/or neck injury during the match.

Now, WWE.com has confirmed that information.

WWE.com can confirm that, following last's night historic match with Brock Lesnar, The Undertaker was immediately taken to Ochsner Medical Center. After a CT scan and other medical testing, he was diagnosed with a severe concussion and was kept overnight for further evaluation. He was discharged early Monday afternoon.

There's also word going around that Vince McMahon personally decided to skip the main event, leaving Stephanie McMahon and Triple H to run the show, so he could accompany Undertaker to the hospital.

The nugget in there that he's been discharged could mean he will be making an appearance on tonight's episode of Raw at the New Orleans Arena, and that was apparently in the plans before the injury.
