WrestleMania 30 results: The Shield win in a squash match over Kane, New Age Outlaws

Well, that was quick.

The pay-per-view (PPV) portion of tonight's (Sun., April 6, 2014) WrestleMania 30 event at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana, continued with The Shield (Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns) taking on Kane and the New Age Outlaws (Road Dogg Jesse James, Bad Ass Billy Gunn).

BELIEVE IN THE SHIELD.

Or, really, believe in getting time cut.

The crowd wasn't really into this match, and they had very little reason to be. After the Triple H vs. Daniel Bryan classic that went on just before it, not to mention how long the Steve Austin/Rock/Hulk Hogan segment took to open the show, this seemed a prime candidate for getting its time cut.

In the end, this was nothing more than a squash. The Shield dominated from bell to bell, including Reigns hitting a double spear and a Triple Double Powerbomb.

Not even a hint of a break up of the trio.
